Join the 100 Mile Swim Club!  Looking for a way to stay motivated with your workout?  Why not join the 100 mile swim club!  Simply keep track of the laps you swim during each workout and hand it in to the Aquatics Director upon completion of swimming 100 miles.  Tracking sheets are maintained in a binder on top of the merchandise display in the lobby for easy access - It's that simple!

 Full Block=1 Mile (36 laps)
 

100 Mile Swimmers will Earn

  • A Certificate of Membership in the 100 Mile Swim Club
  • A copy of "Swim Your Way to Fitness" (while supplies last) by the late Dr. Joe McEvoy.  Dr. McEvoy was the former Head Coach of the Men's and Women's Swim Team at Dickinson College.  His book is packed with great tips and workouts for the fitness swimmer.  You'll want to have this informative book on your shelf!
