| Free! Personal Fitness Counseling-Start on your path to a stronger, healthier you with a consultation with one of our fitness center staff. A program can be developed for every fitness level to help you reach your goals. Additional sessions may be scheduled for a small fee to help keep you on track. |
Reduced rates on most programs-save on your children's favorite activities or learn a new skill yourself. Healing Arts Services-a multitude of massage services are available for our members at a discounted rate. Variety of Classes-over 50 class offerings weekly in aerobics, wellness, and power cycling, yogo, pilates, and tai chi just to name a few! The Away Program-provides you access to YMCA facilities that are over 50 miles away. This way you won't miss a workout while you are away. |
