Arthritis Water Exercise Program This low energy class will help you gain range of motion in joints as well as build strength in all major muscle groups. Some cardiovascular conditioning included. No swimming ability required. Doctor's authorization required for participation in this class. Hand in your release form to the instructor on the first day of class. You may join in at any time; fee will be prorated. Age: 13 and older |
