Arthritis Water Exercise

The warmth, buoyancy,
and resistive property of water can help decrease pain and stiffness and improve or maintain joint flexibility for those with arthritis.

Arthritis Water Exercise Program  This low energy class will help you gain range of motion in joints as well as build strength in all major muscle groups.  Some cardiovascular conditioning included.  No swimming ability required. Doctor's authorization required for participation in this class.  Hand in your release form to the instructor on the first day of class.  You may join in at any time; fee will be prorated.

            Age:            13 and older
            Fees:           Members = free
                                Non-members = $68
            Schedule:    Mon, Wed, Fri; 11:00am-12:00pm 
            Sessions:     Sept. 20 - Oct. 29, 2010
                                (fee is prorated at $44; short session)
                                Nov. 1 - Dec. 29, 2010 
                                (no class on Dec. 24th & Dec. 31st)
