Facility Policies

Basic Guidelines

  • ​Proof of membership or program participation is required for building access.
  • Appropriate attire (shirt and shoes) is expected for all areas of the facility. No jeans or sandals in the fitness center. No swimsuits or bare feet in the lobby.
  • Food and drink must remain in the lobby area.
  • The Y is a tobacco-free facility and using tobacco products is not permitted on Y property.
  • Cleansing showers are required prior to using the pool, steam rooms and sauna.
  • Power cycling and Les Mills BODYPUMP reservations can be made up to 48 hours in advance. Court reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. Call ahead if unable to make your reserved time. A reservation is considered open if it is not claimed by 10 minutes past. Please confirm court reservations upon arrival.
  • The Y provides lockers for daily use. Kit lockers are available for rental on a yearly basis. Locks found on day use lockers after closing time will be cut off. The Y is not responsible for loss of personal property. We discourage bringing valuables into the locker room area.
  • Adult locker rooms are for ages 19 and over ONLY. Boys over age 5 must use the boys’ locker room and girls over age 5 must use the girls’ locker room. OPTION: Parents may change with their children in the unisex bathroom in the racquetball court area.
  • No weapons, drugs or alcohol are allowed on the property.
  • Necessary maintenance projects will be scheduled during low usage periods. Membership fees will not be refunded for maintenance down time. This is our commitment to maintaining your facility.
  • On weekdays when school is not in session, Y members and guests under the age of 13 should arrive at the facility at or after 2pm unless they are participating in a designated program or with an adult age 19 and over. Prior to this time, there are not areas that are accessible to this age group. Thank you.
  • Noontime Hoops is for members only and all participants must be at least 19 years old.
